Leg Quarters - debone and cut into bite sizes
1 part flour
1 part of the pack cornstarch
garlic powder
salt
pepper
cooking sherry wine
marine
sesame seeds (brown surrounded by low heat later set aside)
Season chicken with garlic powder, brackish and pepper. Marinate in sherry wine and wet, flour and cornstarch.
Prepare Sauce:
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons cornstarch (thickener)
Dredge marinated chicken within flour. Deep fry in wok until golden brown and crispy. Pour contained by sauce and sprinkle with sesame seed.

SESAME BAKED CHICKEN
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Gravy Master
2 tablespoons vegetable grease
1/3 teaspoon poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup sesame seed
1 (2 1/2 to 3 pound) frying chicken, cut up
Arrange chicken pieces in baking jar in single deposit. Combine lemon juice, Gravy Master, grease and poultry seasoning. Brush over chicken pieces. Sprinkle with saline and pepper and sesame seeds. Cover and scorch at 400 [degree symbol] F. for one hour. Uncover and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer. Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients:
1 pound boned chicken breast
1 tablespoon grease
4 ounces unsalted cashew nuts
3 ounces canned mushrooms
***Marinade:***
3 spring onions, chopped
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons respectively hot pepper oil and sesame nut oil
1 tablespoon sesame core paste
1 tablespoon ground pepper
Directions:
Put the marinade ingredients surrounded by a bowl. Cut the chicken into cubes, then donate to the marinade, turning to coat thoroughly. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the grease in a wok or frying jar, add the cashew nuts and fry until golden brown. Drain on kitchen broadsheet. Add the chicken and marinade to the pan and stir-fry for 2-4 minutes. Drain the mushrooms, see and add to the jar.
Cook for a further minute. Pile the mixture onto a warmed serving dish and sprinkle next to the nuts.
