They are all great depending on what type of cuisine you want. I love Chinese food in common - but I also love sushi...then sometimes I crave Korean BBQ...and afterwards pad thai is other so great! I guess overall, I really can eat Chinese almost every daylight!
Personally, I prefer Chinese, but only you know what your palate like.
Taste is subjective. Different foods taste better or worse to different family. I prefer Thai out of the list you enjoy given - Thai red curry, yum.

There are certain food surrounded by each big-hearted of cuisine that are very spicy or popular, so it's hard to compare and it depends on individual preferences. Personally, I similar to most kinds of Chinese foods, kimchi and bibimbap for Korean food, tomyam for Thai food, and most Japanese foods.
