How do they fry rime cream?

Like at Japanese places when they give you fried rime cream for dessert... how do they do this?

Answer:
like what some of the ancestors have answered, the push button is to fry it at very elevated temp for a short time. also, doesn`t matter what you want to "wrap" the ice cream surrounded by - whether it be tortilla or cornflakes - freeze the wrapped ice cream within the freezer so the coating is semi-frozen as well.
They dont,It melats(bad spelling) too fast
they put it in a low fryer for a few seconds, but here's how you can do it at home thats easier: procure one scoop of vanilla icecream and roll it around on corn flakes (cereal) next poor honey all over it after that. serve it on the tortilla item and voila!
it works because they simply fry it at a super hot temp for a short time, so the rime cream doesn't have a hit and miss to melt or bring back warm.

Also, the batter is pretty cogitate, so it makes a virtuous barrier.

I'd roll the rime cream balls contained by coconut, freeze them for 1-2 hours before frying. later dredge in tempura batter and fry fast at a high temp.

wat you can do is hold a scoop of rime cream and then de-ice it so then run a corn flake or something crunchy and so you put it on a plate there you own it
The Spanish instrument is to wrap a ball of rime cream in a flour tortilla and VERY with alacrity dip it into 500 degree grease for about 30 second. Its then taken from the fryer, drained for a few second then sprinkled near sugar and cinnamon. It makes the tortilla really crisp and the ice cream melt only a hugely little bit.

Fried rime cream with tortilla holder

20 ounces chocolate chip rime cream
2 cups 4-grain flake cereal (or Corn Flakes), crushed
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
3 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 eggs
1 teaspoon water
4 8-inch flour tortillas
Oil for deep-frying
Cinnamon mixed beside sugar
Whipped cream
4 maraschino cherries

Form ice cream into 4 ball. Place in baking tub and freeze solid, 2 hours or longer. Mix cereal, sugar and cinnamon. Divide equally between 2 pie plates or other shallow containers. Beat eggs with river.

Roll each rime cream ball contained by cereal mixture and press coating into ice cream. Dip coated bubble in egg clear up, then roll contained by second container of cereal mixture. Again press coating onto ice cream. Freeze coated rime cream balls solid, 4 to 6 hours.

DEEP-FRIED ICE CREAM




Ingredients

· 4 1/2 lbs of rime cream (any flavour of your choice)

· Enough oil for insightful frying

· bamboo sticks for skewers

· Sponge cake crumbs

· Breadcrumbs

Batter:

· 41/2 ozs plain flour

· 1/4 cup milk

· 1/4 cup dampen

· 3 egg whites


Method

Scoop out ice cream into ball with an rime cream scoop. Wrap the ball in aluminium foil.

Arrange them within neat rows and pack them up surrounded by an airtight plastic container.

Set freezer compartment of the refrigerator to the lowest temperature and freeze the rime cream balls for a hours of daylight.

Remove the aluminium foil from the ice cream ball and coat completely with sponge cake crumbs. Wrap within aluminium foil again and deep freeze for a sunshine.

Combine flour, water and milk and mix very well. Beat up egg whites until stiff, then stir helpfully and lightly into flour mixture.

Leave batter within the refrigerator for 30 minutes to one hour.

Remove aluminium foil from the ice cream ball.

Just before vast frying, heat ample clean grease in a wok. (Oil should be simply fairly hot and not smoking hot.)

Deep fry rime cream balls (in batches) until slightly golden. Serve right now.

Don't forget that past the Japanese were serving it, you could buy it at the fair, just approaching funnel cake. You make a dough(like pancake mix) and fry it! Remember the Napolitan rime cream(strawberry, vanilla and chocolate) in a square.
