There be a Chinese buffet joint surrounded by my hometown that was run by Mexicans. Not with the sole purpose did they have Kung Pao Chicken and Crab Rangoons, they have Beef Enchiladas and Guacamole! You'd hear Spanish coming out of the kitchen, and amond waitstaff, or over the phone. Kinda funny. Food was alright, though.
