You could go Greek instead...gyros.
Lamb stew.
Implement an Asian subject matter. Ginger Lamb on Rice.
Did you try allrecipes.com? When I look for a recipe I try there first (rated) or in recent times search the internet and usually take lucky somewhere! Good luck.
How about a Morrocan Tagine beside eggplant, zuccihini, carrots, potatos, dried fruits, if your do not enjoy a tagine pot, a slow cooker or even a nice size roast pan and it is a one dish feast.
Just start by roasting the lamb and then totalling the veg and dried fruits, some spices, stock or water and next slow cooking it for 2-3 hours at a low temp in the crockpot or at 300 within the oven.
I have a tagine, one I bought surrounded by an Ethoipian store in Toronto Canada, and it fits other in my oven, and to serve any rice or cous-cous, and a nice green salad to add colour.
