Couscous will be the one. You need a suitable recipe, here is a link http://www.cdkitchen.com/recipes/recs/48... but forget going on for the potatoes, I have never see it served with an authentic couscous. I will suggest that you replace the potatoes beside artichoke bottoms (from a can.) For meat the best is a mix of chicken and lamb.
