Why is Corn Syrup used instead of Sugar?

Answer:
pound for pound it's cheaper - mostly because pound for pound it's much sweeter than sugar. in america where on earth there's an abundance of corn available it's cheap to production, and thus you can use much less of it to attain duplicate "sweetness" with a small amount of syrup than for a larger number of sugar.

interestingly, however, I believe that it's actually more expensive within Europe, because they don't exactly have a "Corn Belt" within or the government subsudies which stir up production. Therefore, coke is still sweetened by sugar and ethanol from corn is not really much of an option for gasoline additives.
cheaper
It is much smaller amount expensive, . . . and very ailing.
inexpensive and to facilitate with the consistancy
sugar will dissolve but corn syrup thickens-

in prepackaged foods it's much cheaper than untaught sugar
Because it take only for a time energy to net corn syrup and a lot of strength to make fluid sugar. In other words, corn syrup doesn't crystallize like crude sugar does and if your product needs greatly of a cheap sweet liquid to assembly, corn syrup is the cheaper way to step.
Although corn syrup cause a huge insulin spike, it does not need to be digested and enter directly into your system. This rush makes you soaring while leaving your insulin elevated instead of anyone used up to digest the sugar. Spiking insulin makes you hungry for sweets which make you eat alot more of the food near the corn syrup in it than you generally would even if you are stuffed. When the insulin crashes, so will your mood. This cycle of highs, crashes and binges, make foods with corn syrup outstandingly addictive. Add in the reality that corn syrup is cheap and food manufacturers hold a product that makes alot of money while ruining you condition and making you obese. Just to add insult to injury, tons of these foods are loaded with MSG (due to loopholes contained by the labeling laws, this certainty won't be on the ingredients label). MSG is a POWERFUL appetite stimulant.

I cannot think of a better source to avoid them. Quite frankly, we need to exceed laws against this. It should most categorically be made illegal to try and trademark foods addictive and drug like as opposing just usual food.
becuase its make the substance softer
sugar makes the resipe more rough
The only two places that sugar rattan is grown in the US are Hawaii and Louisiana.

Corn syrup is cheaper and the midwestern states hold much more political clout, so getting companies to adulterate their products with corn syrup is a big financial and political thing.

I can weakness the difference. If you ever have a Coca-Cola contained by Mexico and wonder why it tastes so appropriate it's because they use real sugar.
I tend to agree with Mr. "Panacea" and some of the others, except anyone who think that white refined sugar is better for you than corn syrup is process off the sucker. They are both terrible things to ingest into your body and hold the same serious glum consequences as mentioned here.............
