TAWA CORN BHAJI:
INGREDIENTS:
Special pav bhaji bread or buns
2-tbsp. butter
1-tsp. pav-bhaji masala
fresh cilantro leaves
1-tsp. lemon juice
FOR THE BHAJI:
4c boiled corn kernel, well drained
2c paneer (riccota cheese), okay drained
1/2 cup fenugreek leaves (methi)
2 sm roma tomatoes (finely chopped)
2 1/2 tsp. pav-bhaji masala
juice of 1 lemon
1 bell pepper, diced
1/2c roasted & salted peanuts
2-tsp. red chili powder
4 tsp. butter
saline to taste
2 green chilies chopped
cilantro leaves for garnishing
PREPARATION:
Cut the bread into half and grill them beside a little grease.
Add athe pav-bhaji masala, lemon juice and cilantro leaves.
Stir fry the chopped bell pepper. After 2 minutes make a payment tomato puree, pav-bhaji masala, salt, red chili powder and lemon liquid. Mix well. After 2 minutes join boiled corn and fenugreek. Stir well. Add the paneer ricota cheese. Add the peanuts. Garnish next to cilantro & serve in a plate next to the bread pieces on the side. Serve warm.

yeajh it was peanut brittle. if u want this recipe the asian course then you can gpo on a ceratin website. but i know reckon we don't do anything different w/ ours. maybe a short time less fattening considering american form so much fat.
