Anyone own a really honest and simple recipe for Kahlua pork?

INGREDIENTS
5 pounds pork butt roast
1 tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring
2 1/2 tablespoons Hawaiian deep-sea salt, divided
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325 degree F (165 degrees C). Rub soft smoke and 1 1/2 tablespoons of the salt into the skin of the pork. Wrap very well in foil, and trademark completely. Place in a roasting vessel.
Bake in preheated oven until an internal warmth of 160 degrees F (70 degree C) is reached, in the region of 5 hours. Remove from oven and let cool up to that time shredding. Sprinkle the shredded meat with the remaining 1 tablespoon of saline.
