I didn't want to offend the host, especially since this seem to be their idea of the best food near ever was. I don't mull over it actually taste bad, but the presentation be hard for me to bring - it was served undamaged.

The dish was served cold. It be not good at adjectives. The second dish was some nature of seafood gumbo with squid tentacles. It be very spicy but taste better than it looked. It was a particularly interesting Christmas.

Wild goat. My grandfather was an mature mountain man and he would hunt for food. We had eat wild goat heaps times, plus who knows what else. We weren't allowed to ask. If he shot it, we ate it.
hmm...well, i consider those run of the mill and yummy actually. Ive taken heaps and am a certified teacher surrounded by wilderness survival classes...so newly imagine the creepy crawlys. Worms, bugs, tree yelp, many plants, ants are pungent, crickets have a nice crunch, worms are kinda approaching spighetti and just slide on down, termites construct a good amalgamation to a mint leaf or rose hip,, even an evergreen tea for some protein. Lets a moment ago say im not picky. Eyeballs are yummy to suck on, joint and marrow are great and make a honourable backwoods soup. Bones even when boiled for a long time a good crunchy snacks to munch on. Ive cought chipmonks, ground squrials, rabbits, and the similar to and eaten the unharmed thing, excluding intestines. Brains are a delectable snack to, esp roasted over an open fire. Ive get some backwoods recipies if youd like some.
I love escargot, have tried sushi but it is a bit hot for my taste, and one year for Christmas dinner made suffer steak-it was scrummy. I also enjoy Philipine food-especially the pansit.

I am afraid I didn't study its appearance, but it seemed fairly small. It was a fluffy tan color. It be lightly pickled, and a bit chewy - more than meat, smaller number than cartilage.
As it had a to some extent neutral swallow, I suspect it wasn't worth the price -- either for me or for the stamp.
