2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 cube vegetable bouillon

1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 cup uncooked white rice
Heat olive grease in a environment saucepan over low heat. Sweat the garlic; when the garlic become aromatic, slowly stir in pepper, cumin, curry powder and chili powder. When spices fire up to fry and become fragrant, stir in the bouillon cube and for a while water.
Increase boil to high and append the rest of the water and the soy sauce. Just beforehand the mixture comes to a boil, stir in rice. Bring to a rolling boil; dwindle heat to low, cover, and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, or until adjectives liquid is wrapped up.
Remove from heat and permit stand 5 minutes.

1 1/2 cups long-grain rice
1/2 teaspoon brackish
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon curry powder (or to taste)
1 cup coconut milk
90 g broccoli, cut into florets
125 g beans, cut into short length
1 carrot, cut into small cubes
250 g pumpkin, cut into small cubes
Place rice in a voluminous microwave-safe bowl with 3 cups boiling sea and the salt. Cook on HIGH 12 - 14 minutes.
(Do not cover the rice or it will boil over.) Set aside. Place the grease and onion in a voluminous dish and cook on HIGH for 2 minutes.
Stir in the curry powder and cook on HIGH 30 second.
Pour coconut milk into the dish so that it is well combined.
Add the vegetables, cover and cook on HIGH for 10 minutes; stir after 5 minutes.
Reheat the rice and fluff up next to a fork.
Serve the curry over the rice.
