What's the simplest road to skin a Haggis?

I caught one the other week and its been hung set for skinning and gutting. Also is it safe to afford one of its three legs to my dog?
The bones are quite small.

Answer:
You grasp it by its gills (after plucking those pesky feathers) and make a small incision down it's belly (the white furry area). Rip sour the skin in one travel and voila, it's done.
It's so simple even a Scot can do it.

Since it walks clockwise around the hill of Scotland, I would suggest feeding your dog one of it's right legs. The vanished leg is too long.
like way as skinning a snipe here surrounded by the US...very meticulously
I would tender the whole works to the dog, and progress buy my haggis from the turnip and neep emporium and the corner of whisky and rye in aberdeen-to much of a bloody mess to contend beside doing it yourself, laddie!
you sure that wasn't a immense rodent you caught...x
