Anyone up to date near these two cheeses:kummel and Tilsit?

What do they taste resembling?
Any good? Would you ever reccommend any?

Answers:
Being a former chef, both are semi-soft cheese and can be used for cooking or just drinking, both are better at room Tempature.

Like the first repondant said the Kummel is a caraway based cheese, Tilsit is a german versin of Havarti, they are unripen cheeses.

I enjoy used but in sauces, fondues and within savoury pastries. Both are nice with fruit, resembling pears, apple and grapes.
Well if you have ever have german cheeses and liked them you should approaching Kummel its got caraway seed in it, nice soft partiality, i personally love it!! Tilsit is also a exceedingly good cheese, really strong, but mouth-watering!! Hope that helps =]
