How can you establish hawaiian restaurent contained by the philippines?

Answer:
Well I'm not sure how to start a restaurant, but I will tell you that it might be a short time expensive (for you and the customers). Hawaiian and 'local' (a combination of Filipino, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, American, Hawaiian, and other cultures) food is heavy on the protein, similar to beef, pork, chicken, and seafood. A plate lunch includes two scoops rice and one dipper macaroni salad. Some items you should include are:
Kalua pork (Roasted, shredded pork)
Kal-bi (Korean-style short ribs)
Adobo
Shoyu chicken (Similar to adobo; not as much vinegar)
Hamburger steak (Beef patty topped beside grilled onions and gravy)
Chicken katsu (Breaded and deep-fried chicken cutlet)
Loco moco (Beef patty topped next to two eggs and gravy)
Breaded shrimp (Deep-fried)
Mochiko chicken (Chicken marinated in a mixture that includes mochiko flour, soy sauce, and green onions)
GO TO THE LOCAL OFFICE OF THE TOWN/CITY TO GET A BUSINESS PERMIT & MAKE SURE THAT YOU'LL SERVE DELICIOUS HAWAIIAN DISHES....
i guess you can do what ever you want
