i am a youngster looking for a culinary college to train at for a short length of time?

Answers:
Why a short period of time? As a juvenile, I realize that you want everything instantly--so did I. But I can tell you, that didn't work out so very well at all! Slow down and if you really want to be a chef, travel to the CIA or Johnson and Wales and really learn how to do it. Those little short courses at Tech school will prepare you for a career contained by fast food--and that's not exactly going to facilitate you in your existence in the long run.Bite the bullet and move about to a real institution and get a indisputable education and look at the long permanent status.

You won't learn much surrounded by a short period of time. If you're serious in the order of the culinary arts, aim for the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in NY State. Expensive, but the BEST!
