I ran into these fiery beast in Cebu and enjoy been powerless to find them or an equivalent here in the States. The closest I can come is those Thai pepper, but those are too bitter for my taste. I close to sili because they're pure heat next to very little flavor, and what you can aroma of the pepper is clean and crisp, almost sweet. They breed great hot sauces or spiced vinegar, but you have to sticky label the bottle with a biohazard sign!
