I love tandori chicken and maater panneer (chick peas and cheese within a red sause). An Irish friend of mine said the push cart vendor in ireland and england would serve curry fries outside of bar. I made this with some frozen frenh fries and hot red curry --- It be awsome with some coronnas.

I don't know which chunk of India it comes from but my local makes a gorgeous Chicken Shahi Korma. Other than that I'll pretty much get through any Indian food - I love it!
