Believe it or not, but modern Australian cuisine is Lamingtons and the great Chiko Roll.. lol
There really isn't an Australian cuisine to speak sour. We are a blend of international foods.

Sheila surrounded by a Blanket... oops thats porn lol
and one taken from an episode of Seinfeld...
Dingby... it's like Turduken except it's a little one inside a roasted dingo... (The episode with: The DIngo ate my toddler!)
personally I prefer the international cuisine to these dishes.... ;-)
