Yes as long as you eat the right things. They are tremendously high within Veggies and you can eat rice which fill you up to end the hunger so I reckon it is but you must watch what you devour. No Fried things and also watch the Salt intake as all right.

I suppose it depends on what you consider to be "good for you". It for sure tastes obedient, however most Chinese restaurant food is heavy on grease, as it has be fried. Also most of it has sauce that is to say loaded with sugars and sodium.

An establish of Kung Pao chicken has almost as much podgy as four Quarter Pounders from McDonalds. An order of Moo Shu Pork have twice the cholesterol of an Egg McMuffin.

If you want healthy food, and you are not on a low carbohydrate diet, afterwards the steamed white rice is pretty good. Steamed brown rice is better, highly developed in fiber. Fried rice is fried within oil and have soy sauce on it, which contains sodium.

Many Chinese restaurants will have a "Health Food" cubicle on their menu with steamed vegetables near no sauce which will be low in heavy and sodium. But steamed vegetables sure do not satisfy approaching General Tso's Chicken !! I do love Chinese food!

Home made authentic Chinese food is thoroughly good for you, you can control the sodium / sugar intake and unsurprisingly less slippery.

Keeping a healthy diet is worthy for you, it doesn't mean that simply Chinese or Japanese food is healthy, it is how you choose the ingredients and how you prepare the food. As for consumption in the Restaurants, you also enjoy to choose dishes that are less slimy, low sodium and have flawless balance of vitamins and materials.

Basically, we mostly boil / steam / stir fry / braise our food at home and we seldom insightful fry our food at home. My parents like to hold steamed fish or steamed pork as main dish + stir fried assorted vegetables or boiled vegetables + long boiled Chinese soup and steamed rice for dinner. No MSG, low sodium, low sugar is our cooking motto. Both my parents are diabetes, so I guess, soon or following, I would be one as well.
