4 large tomatoes
1 avocado - peel, pitted and diced
1/2 cup fresh corn kernels
2 tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lemon liquid
salt and pepper to chew
Using a juicer, extract the juice of the 4 massive tomatoes.
In a medium bowl combine the tomato liquid, avocado, corn, 2 diced tomatoes, cilantro, and lemon juice. Season to fondness with saline and pepper. Transfer to serving bowls
Ingredients: 3 garlic cloves; salt; 3 soup spoons olive grease; 4 soup spoons vinegar; 1/2 cucumber; 2 ripe tomatos; 1 green pepper; 200g hard bread (from the daytime before); oregano.

Description: In a mortar crush the garlic with the brackish until you get a pulp. Put this mash contained by a terrine and add the olive grease, the vinegar and the oregano. Reduce one of the tomatos to purée and add it to the previous mixture. Cut the other tomato and the cucumber into small cubes and the green pepper into slim slices. Put them in the terrine and add on 1,5l of cool water. When serving put in the bread cut into small cubes. Serve cool.
It can be served with smoked ham cut into small pieces or beside fried fish.
