The recipe for manchurian chicken?



Answer:
Chicken breast (2) cut into cubes
Corn Flour - 1 cup mixed with wet to make a batter to wide fry
salt to soft spot - (approxmately 3/4 teaspoon)
Conola Oil for deep frying
Ginger paste- 1 n 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic Paste - 1 n 1/2 teaspoon
Onion - 1 prevailing conditions (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves (cilentro) 1/4 bunch
Green thai chillies - 5 (minced)or if u like more spicy consequently take couple of more.
soy sauce - 2 n partly teaspoon
salt again to morsel (abt 1/4 teaspoon for seasoning)
ajino-motto (MSG) (Optional) a pinch or two.

Take Chicken cut into cubes and dip it in the batter mixed beside salt and insightful fry. Fry to light brown. n hang on to it aside.

Take a stir fry pan put contained by 2 n half teaspoon full of grease for seasoning put onion, fry till the onion is almost fried add contained by Green chillies, garlic & ginger paste and fry for a minute or two and afterwards add Ajinomoto (MSG) [Optional] and append chicken to it. fry for a minute and add soya sauce and little bit of brackish. becareful how much salt u supply coz soy sauce has the sodium surrounded by it. sprinkle coriander leaves. Delicious chicken Manchurian is ready to serve! Enjoy!!
Ingredients
1) 1 kg of small pieces of chicken
2) Soy Sauce - 300 gms
3) 200 gms Ginger cut into small pieces
4) 300gms Garlic cut into small pieces
5) Coriander leaves
6)1 Onion cut into long pieces
7) All purpose flour - 200 gms
8) Egg - 1
9) Bell pepper - 1 cut into small pieces
10) Agin-o-motto - a pinch
11) chilli powder, salt, black pepper to love

Preparation:
1) Mix the all purpose flour, trounced egg, ginger garlic paste, brackish, chilli powder to make a mash.
2) Add the chicken to the paste and agree to it for 45 minutes
3) Heat some oil within a pan and cavernous fry the chicken.
4) Heat a little grease in a jar and fry the onions, bell pepper, ginger and garlic pieces.
5) Add the soy sauce and let it boil
6) Add the fried chicken pieces to the boiling mixture.
7) Add the agin-o-motto and coriander leaves.
to serve 4-6 people
use:
2 chicken breasts, cut into small cubes
1 1/2 teaspoons saline
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 egg
3 tablespoons cornflour
oil (for low frying)
For the sauce
2 chopped green chilies
2 inches chopped ginger
1/4 cup soya sauce
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons cornflour, mixed in 1/2 cup wet


Wash chicken cubes.
Drain.
Mix with brackish, pepper, egg and cornflour.
Heat wok with grease and deep fry respectively piece of chicken.
Remove and keep aside.
In another wok, rob 4 tbsp of oil.
When hot supply the chopped chillies, ginger and garlic.
Fry for 2 minutes.
Add the sauces.
Stir for a minute.
Add 1 cup of water and bring to a boil.
Add the fried chicken pieces.
If more gravy is needed, supply another half cup of sea.
Bring it to a boil.
Mix the cornflour into the chicken gravy.
Stir continuously till a thick gravy is obtain.
Season with brackish if need be and serve beside fried rice and soup.
