Why does your stomach rumble when your hungry?

Answer:
Borborygmus (plural borborygmi) (from Greek βορβορυγμο) is the rumbling sound produced by the movement of gas through the intestines of animals. The word borborygmus is an acutal onomatopoeia for this rumbling.

The "rumble" or "growl" sometimes hear from the stomach is a normal section of digestion. It originates contained by the stomach or upper part of the small intestine as muscles contract to move food and digestive juice down the gastrointestinal tract.

Although this muscle contraction happens whether or not food is present, rumbles are more adjectives after the animal has gone several hours minus eating. This may be why a "growling" stomach is regularly associated with hunger.

Rumbles may also go off when there is incomplete digestion of food that can front to excess gas in the intestine. In humans this can be due to incomplete digestion of carbohydrate-containing foods including milk and other dairy products (lactose intolerance or the use of α-glucosidase inhibitors by diabetics), gluten (protein surrounded by wheat, barley, and rye) (celiac disease), fruits, vegetables, beans, legumes, and high-fiber whole grain. In rare instances excessive abdominal uproar may be a sign of digestive disease, especially when accompanied by abdominal bloating, abdominal throbbing, diarrhea or constipation.
low blood sugar stimulates secretory glands surrounded by stomach to produce more acid - thats what you hear gurgeling, as in attendance is nothing surrounded by stomach for it to work on. It is good reminder to guzzle something, as if this continues, you can get an sore.
