I think everyone that I know after drinking chinese food gets hungry shortly after intake

Because you don't put away ENOUGH!! Go to a Chinese restaurant where they hold an all-you-can-eat buffet, and stuff your face! I guarantee it will be hours since you're hungry again!

I'm not sure about vegetables, perchance you are eating ones that capture broken down fast contained by your system so they don't keep you full up for long. Look within to GI (glycemic index), indexes for food, they help you get what to eat to keep hold of you fuller longer.

As to Chinese there are two theories, 1: you're not in actuality hungry you are dehydrated so try drinking some dampen. There is an ingredient in it call MSG (monosodium glutamate) which it is blamed on. 2: Again the glycemic index (GI) is a theory, self that the system produces too much insulin when digesting these high carbohydrate foods creating the idea of being hungry still.
Vegetables aren't vastly filling.

If you're hungry after drinking Chinese food, you're probably not ordering the right benign of Chinese food.
