At home, individuals eat profusely of chicken, pork and more fish than in other countries.

Soups, lentil stew, chick pea stew are popular within winter.
Salads in summer. Paella is popular but, at home you may bring a chicken only paella, not the de luxe dish.

Macarones, arroz cubana, ropa vieja, hake / merluza, chorizo,
trout, escalibada / grilled pepper & aubergine, bean stew, spinach with oine nuts, pork prepare, sardines, steak, sea bream, lamb chops, roasted artichokes, asparagus, are adjectives things I have eat in Spanish homes. And I could shift on.
I live in Bilbao and citizens here eat plentifully of seafood. In the morning you can see the house wives line up surrounded by front of the fish stores to buy fish for lunch.

The food in the north of Spain differs closely from the diet in the south. Some adjectives dishes are bacalao al pil-pil (cod fish on olive oil and garlic sauce)and chipirones en su tinta (squid surrounded by its own ink). A lot of beans are also eaten here. Alubias de Tolousa (red beans stew) is unbelievably common here.
