It's a pretty laborious process that starts with soaking soybeans, blending them, extracting the liquid and it goes on and on. Some Asian grocers receive it but that tofu comes from a packaged mix - it's not the tangible thing. You might as in good health just buy it prepared.

Soak dried soy beans within a lot of hose down (or start with fresh beans) until soft, bring them to a boil, afterwards mash or blend them within batches. Drain bad the liquid, and 'curdle' it by totalling sea saline or nigaro. collect up the curds in a cheese cloth and calmly compress it to form a brick of tofu.
An ABSOLUTELY ENORMOUS pot of beans and water will kind a piece of soft tofu about the size of your thumb.
