It is in a metal can and it say "Dol Gim. Bamboo Seasoned Seaweed (Laver). I rec'd it from a business contact from Korea. It is seaweed, but somewhat lacy (has holes in it), so I suspect not too angelic for sushi. How is this used in Korea? Is it eat raw, put within food or what?
Answers:
it is used as one of their side dishes and they eat it together next to rice. you can also mix it in clear soup.
