Does anyone hold any guidance for cooking the mexican dish Fideo(i cogitate that's how you spell it)?

I lived 800 miles south of Brownsville for 5 years. Here's the recipe you're looking for. Enjoy !

SOPA aka Fideo

1 6-8 oz package Mexican pasta
** ( stars, Fideo, ABCs, or Melon kernel type,
found in Mexican foods subsection )

1/4 cup Oil
2-3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 Large or 2 small Serrano Chili Peppers,
seeds, ribs removed, & minced
1 small white Onion, diced
1 Tomato, any size, diced
1/4 to 1/2 cup minced fresh Celantro
2 TB Sugar
1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups Chicken Broth ( more or smaller number )

Have all prep work done in the past starting.
Use a large non-stick pot or skillet that have a tight fitting lid.
NO SALT is added, since this is normally served next to meat dishes
that are on the spicy side.

Heat oil on atmosphere. Add Pasta and saute, stirring CONSTANTLY,
until the pasta is lightly browned.
Then, working like lightning; add remaining ingrediants surrounded by order given.
Mix together insubstantially; Lower heat to a simmer.
Put lid on jar, and time it for about 14 minutes.

Check the ending 5 minutes for doneness & liquid content.
IF it requirements more liquid; STIR, and sprinkle NO MORE after 3 TB of broth, tomato juice or marine over the pasta and recover.

yes thats how you spell it. are you going to add meat to it? if so, cook that first and set aside.

First, you brown the fideo contained by a skillet with for a time oil. Make sure they turn a moment or two brown, it's not the same as rice. Fideo is a mexican pasta ,if u don't know how to cook this is a incredibly simple recipe. ingredients- Buy a pkg of Goya Shells /conchas,apkg of Knorr caldo de tomate con sabor a pollo it comes in 8 cubes pkg.(its a seasoning of tomato and chicken flavor.a pinch of saline,4 table spoons of corn oil(u can put which ever oil u want)and a ring of white onion for flavor. First contained by a medium high-ranking pan make the addition of the oil (it should be satisfactory to cover the surface of the pan just (not thick)put one cube of knorr in the blender tag on 1cup of water ,attach the pinch of salt and blend til the dampen looks orange and the cube its completely disolve.unscrew the Goya shells pkg and pour it in the jar stir until the shells look a little sickly ,(don't over toast them cause they will be tough ) at this point pour the water of the blender contained by the pan next add the wiry slice of onion. Let boil until the shells are cooked, keep totalling small amounts of water if needed.i similar to to add station of chicken breast . Enjoy if u like u can put in a little bit of jalapeno hose down.For a spicy taste. soak up.
