Sushi - is this ok?

Sushi is raw fish right? So if i give somebody a lift out a pack of fish from my freezer when it thaws out - is it sushi?

What injure can it do if its raw / fresh fish?

When properly prepared, sushi is not risky.

Sushi is not just organic fish, it is a style of food preparation that takes years to cram. Maybe taking a course in Japanese food preparation would be a pious way to see the difference between sushi and a piece of untouched fish.
Sushi is harmless if it is properly prepared. Frozen I would be a moment or two weary nearly seeing as though it has be sitting for a while. Fresh is always better when you budge to the store check your dates you want something pakaged today. I gross it all the time.

Shasimi is what is refered to as fresh fish, only is past the worst for 24 hours and needs someone economically trained in which bits are undamaging to eat this opening in vocabulary of freshness and breed of fish and which parts of the fish.

You dont know what you are doing so I would not try it.
it's better to use things like seefood sticks, and smoked salmon for sushi ingredients consequently you aren't in as much risk of food poisoning. So if I be you I'd stick to either buying pre made sushi, going on a sushi making course, or using fish that have already been cooked/ preserved within some way (ie: smoked or salted fish)
it's not sushi, sushi have rice, seaweed, and raw fish. What you are doing I regard as is called shasimi. It's not desperate for you.
I think the definite point to your question is that the fish you own is most likely not sushi-grade fish, which is what you would want to net sushi with. Sushi class fish can be hard to find, and it will be flawed as such. It would be a bad opinion to take any aged fish and eat it fresh...sushi grade fish is made near certain cuts and must be ultra fresh to chomp through it.I make deeply of sushi at home!
Sushi is not only coarse fish or raw crab or shrimp, I get through alot of sushi here in Japan, you can use tempura shrimp, or veggies similar to cucumbers and avocado which are really good and worthy for you. One of my favorites is crab salad on top of rice and rap in seaweed, which is solid or artificial crab, mayo, corn, steamed sticky rice(add a little sake to the rice: Tokyo style) What a upright one with no risk: Steamed rice, tuna fish contained by a can oil or hose is fine, mayo mix just similar to your makin a sandwich, seaweed, roll it up and enjoy. sushi would never be made from frozen fish as it is only made from the impressively best quality fresh fish. the simply problem that I know of regarding sushi is that sometimes worms can be present surrounded by the fish which, when eaten, can do deface but I have never see any myself so I carry on enjoy it!
all sushi is is harmonious goodness who care about what it certainly is. have u ever hear of someone die or go to the hospital or become obeese from sushi? didnt reckon so. it is by far the best thing ever created and i suggest u basically eat it and not distribute a crap that its raw fish. its not resembling they just pick up a fish and put it in a plate ok. in attendance is a process...its totally harmless.o and did i already voice its amazing?
You can not eat any fish rare. Eating just any fish you return with from the store raw can butcher you if it is not cooked properly that is why you hold to get fish specifically has to be sushi echelon fish. You dont want to get sick or get hold of others sick. Hope this helps.
Sushi is cooked or rare fish, meat, vegetables, egg. It has to be super fresh and to be eat raw the ingredients enjoy to be appropriately prepared. Do not use fish that has be frozen

If you take fish out of your freezer and liquefy it and eat it, you will most expected get terribly sick.

Also, from your question, I give somebody a lift it that you know nothing more or less sushi, right? Well, first of all not adjectives sushi is raw. Certain things similar to eel, crab and shrimp have to be cooked. Second of adjectives, you can even get vegetable sushi next to no seafood in it at adjectives. Also, without the rice, it's "sashimi". Sushi in fact refers to a specific type of rice that they use with the fish.
