Ingredients to append to Chinese Noodles, please?

I sometimes buy the Chinese Noodles in the chilled section, that you verbs with boiling wet and then stir-fry. Has anyone own any ideas what undeveloped ingredients (not the vegetables) to add when cooking? Have tried: (bit of night light olive oil), soy sauce, peanut butter (an Oriental friend suggested this), little vinegar, honey...just can't seem to be to get a really nice groundwork flavour (add veggies later). Any ideas?

Have you tried sesame grease?

One warning going on for seseame oil: It have a VERY strong flavor! So just use somewhat (like a teaspoon at most for several cups of noodles).

Toss the cooked noodles in the sesame grease and add some rice wine vinegar and soy sauce.

You could also add on some grated fresh ginger root, garlic and scallions sauteed in a bit of cooking or olive grease. (I took an Asian cuisine class in culinary conservatory, and these 3 ingredients are in EVERYTHING!)

Brown sugar, corn starch, hose chestnuts and some teriyaki sauce. You knoiw what's so good around Chinese food? You put put everything Chinese in it :P

Actually you can boil and strain the noodles. And Seperately cook/fry Onion,Tomotoes,Ginger,Garlic, Soy sauce,Ajenamoto(if available),chillies, salt and veggies. You can opt to put egg or shredded chicken insteaed of veggies. And Finally mix them up surrounded by medium boil and let the flavours soak contained by.
Or another option would be newly salt, crushed peppercorn, soysauce and veggies or egg.

You really should use chicken because the meat has intuitive oils and flavors that confer the noodles a distinct base flavor. A little bit of oyster sauce also really help. A little bit goes a long route

I've tried, but I just don't approaching the flavor of canned food. So I've never be able to kind a Chinese dish I like. Unfortunately I can lone get rattan shots and waterchestnuts from a can.

My husband buys similar noodles and uses them contained by soup. He cooks them first in hose, then drains them. Then using a can chicken stock, he adds vegetables and some meat or fish. In the broth, he add fish sauce (a little goes a long way) ginger (minced) garlic (minced) and rather wonton soupbase mix, after it simmers, he pours it over the noddles. Makes a nice lunch.

Peanut oil, black sesame seed, & teriyaki.

If you want well-mannered noodles you should pick up a few Oriental sauces and spices aside from that any veggie, meat, most sea foods lobster, shrimp adjectives go angelic ..
