MY FIRST THOUGHT WAS WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO COOK COW SH*T? I MEAN THEY USED TO USE COW AND BUFFALO CHIPS FOR FUEL FOR THE FIRES ON CATTLE DRIVES AND ON THE PIONEER WAGON TRAINS.
BUT NOWDAYS I FIGURE YOU MEAN A HAMBURGER PATTY. I THINK THE BEST WAY IS UNDER THE BROILER OR OVER A NICE SMOKEY (MESQUITE) BBQ GRILL. AND WITH ANY GOOD BBQ, YOU DON'T NEED ANY SAUCE. SAUCE IS FOR POOR BBQ. GOOD BBQ NEEDS NO SAUCE THE SMOKE FLAVOR IS MORE THAN ADEQUATE.
If you are refering to hamburger meat... I LOVE to add feta cheese to my ground beef and grill for 10-15 minutes. Put on a wheat bun and supply bacon, avocado and lettuce. Walllaaa! MMM. Delicioso!
NO!!!!!, do not cook it you will ruin the texture, and lose all those apposite vitamins, just pick it up and pop within right in your mouth.
