chittlins..

You have to soak them within vinegar. While they are soaking .. our family tradition is to stomp them close to grapes.
Grampa used to love to cut his toenails afterwards while Grandma was cooking them up.
The vinegar and chittlins took the extra skin sour his feet and softened the nail.

Happy New Year!
Chitterlings, I guess your intent. Go out in the final yard, nick your chittlins(sic) and get a garden hose and force hose through them for about a daytime and a half, nick them into the kitchen(make sure nobody else is going to be there for a few days) carry a big pot and fill next to enough river to cover the hog guts and put on to boil. Boil for a while then dump hose down out and refill and boil some more, till tender. Drain, pat dry consequently fry. Then go to McDonalds and carry you a combo 'cause those chittlins(sic) ain't fit for human consumption!
Why would anyone want to even put away them :( blahhhh!!

the best way is to sling the $hit out of them.
It's best to clean them surrounded by a sink. Let them soak in cool sea for about 30 minutes-this loosens everything, rinse them individually. Place them contained by another water hip bath on the opposite side of the sink near two cups of vinegar, it acts as a raw germicide b/c its acidic, permit them soak about 10 minutes, rub them and rinse them.

Place contained by a Boiler over the stove, adding celery, onions, bell pepper, seasoned salt, black pepper, 1 clove of garlic.***Warning*** THEY STINK TO HIGH HEAVEN, the seasoning cuts the odor terribly little. Bring them to a boil over really high warmness for about 15 minutes(stirring occasionally), this kill any virulent bacteria that may be vanished in them. Whip out the crock-pot, pour them surrounded by, cook on high for roughly 6 hours. You can leave them on the stove, and cook them on medium-high warmness for about 3hours.

I approaching to cook them in a crock-pot, because I can sit them outside and permit it pollute the air in that (hopefully you have an outlet outside)!!They shrivel up really tight when they are done.
