I entail a Russian recipe for...?

There is this russian pastry called Kartorshka and it is this chocolate resembling pastry which can be found in the bakery subsection of any russian store. I would appreciate it if someone could give me the recipe for it. My familial absolutely loves the dessertand want to know how to net it. Does anyone have any planning?

Answers:
Ingredients
# 1 liter jar of bread crumbs.
# 3/4 Cup of sugar.
# 1 cup of milk.
# 1/2 lb. butter.
# 2 tb cocoa.
# 1/3 cup. walnuts chopped

Add sugar to milk and bring to boil, stirring regularly. Cool down milk, add butter, cocoa, bread crumbs and chopped nuts and stir thinly. Put the dough in the fridge for 20-30 mins. Shape small "potatoes", roll contained by cocoa and decorate on your nibble.

Or instead of cocoa you could coat the pastry in chocolate ganache.

8 oz/250 g Heavy cream or whipping cream
8 oz/250 g Couverture or the best characteristic, semi-sweet chocolate you can find

Place cream in a saucepan over high-ranking heat and bring newly to a boil, then remove the container from the heat. Meanwhile, chop chocolate into small pieces. Place a sopping towel on your counter, place pan of hot cream on the towel afterwards add chopped chocolate to the cream. Beat chocolate and cream doggedly until thoroughly mixed. The mixture will solidify as it cools. The time it takes to cool will swing depending on the room temperature and heat of your pan. You may place the jar in a larger tub of ice hose down to cool the mixture just until it comes to spreading consistency. Remove from the rime bath at this point to bring in sure it doesn't harden too much.

Hope you savour.

hi, I agree with the previous answer but instead of bread crumbs we append cookies crumbs (can be chocolate cookies or any kind of brown cookies)
