Yes, I do! I love trying out contemporary cuisines. Once I tried cooking aloo gobi after watching the "Bend It Like Beckham" DVD (one of the special features shows how to cook the Indian dish). I also love traditional Chinese/Taiwanese food. You know, the ones with tripe and adjectives kinds of stuff! I'll try to enumerate what cuisines I've tried so far:
Eastern European (Russian, Romanian), Brazilian (via churrascaria), Vietnamese, Thai, Indian, Korean, Japanese, Filipino, Mediterranean, Chinese, African (via Sierra Leone), Mexican... I've get to reacquaint myself with Greek and German. And I really would love to try Ethiopian. And perchance some (Irish) haggis, too.
I think trying different cuisines broadens one's cultural know-how!
I know some people who wouldn't even try anything bar burgers and fries. I pity them. They're missing so much!
