I have tried everywhere to return with the recipe for the mint sauce they give you surrounded by an indian resturant with Tandoori chicken or onion bargees every recipe I own found is for cucumber and mint rathia.
I want to make the washed out stuff

Answer:
1 cup unprocessed yogurt
1 teaspoon sugar dissolved in a moment or two warm hose down
Quarter teaspoon turmeric
handful fresh mint leaves finely chopped
or 1 teaspoon mint from a jar
Mix & enjoy!!
i too have tried to produce it
the closest i have get is to mix shop bought mint sauce with plain yoghurt. taste identical, a short time ago isnt yellow
try an asian food store - they might have the stuff to put surrounded by yogurt to make it
mix some plain yougurt with some mint sauce (available from any supermarket ) and donate a little bit of tumeric powder for the colour hope this help gd luck xxx
