My 20th is on july 7th and I was going to own a party close to i did last year but my parents are going to be home. I really want to do something fun but the deputation at my house doesn't look like its goin to arise. I'm planning on being beside a lot of population. I was going to jump to the city (nyc) but not all my friends are 21 or enjoy ids and with profusely of us its gonna be a pain surrounded by the ***. I was planning on doing dinner but what else could i do?? any philosophy?

Rent a banquet room and enjoy an open handrail... it will be up to the bartender to card the people ... the lower than aged ones will just hold to drink soft drinks.
