Not sure what size the can ham comes in, but I'd amount 2-4 oz. per person.
There is a pig farm contained by Shropshire where you could purchase two clad size pigs and have them slaughtered and cut to your specification and it would work out cheaper and more beneficial than buying can ham.
I customarily figure 1/4 pound of meat per creature when planning large party and always enjoy some left over. Remember you will most imagined have some nation that will not eat meat. You can also use boneless hams, not can, and get more servings from respectively ham. You can also have them pre-sliced or establish them sliced very bare.
