Buy (about $50 for a cheap one) or rent a chocolate fountain. You can have her friends fondue strawberries, pineapple, pretzels, or an assortment of cookies. Hook an i-pod up to a speaker for tunes. Also, a movie would be fun (scary or comedy).
Easy, My sis had a shopping arcade scavenger hunt fun and cheep ask questions Like where on earth is the rubber chicken at and write the store name fun and doesn't cost
of late throw tha party at your house or a park.but produce sure you buy a lot of drinks.
hold it at the house, fix it up, make some snack food, bust out
some perfect music and just hold fun! and later acquire some teen
movies to watch.
costume entertainment, they could dress up as their favorite pop star or pick a theme close to bugsy malone or grease or something, and there should be a prize at the shutting down of the party for the best costume, hold fun and happy birthday sis

1. House/Garden group
Most obvious hypothesis! All you need is a cd/mp3 player, snacks and soda and adjectives your sisters friends! You could even have a BBQ! Remember to clear the house of adjectives ornaments!
2. Any activity where on earth the guests pay for themselves instead of bringing a present
3. Picnic contained by a park (Sounds boring bu its not! Snacks, music football, friends, camera, cake. Amazing fun)
4. Scavanger Hunt (groups have a schedule of items to find and have a time limitation to find them! Could be in a shopping precinct, park ect.
5. Cooking party! All friends cook cakes and receive dinner for each other! Then achieve dressed up and pretend to be at a posh dinner party!
6. Murder Mystery! Make little cards beside character profile next to one person as the murderer and seize everyone to dress up!
7. Most shops will bring all in attendance merchandise down to your house to free if you gather adjectives your friends together and set it all up and adjectives your sister and her friends can try on the clothes all light of day with no must to buy anything!
These are my ideas and I hold used most of these for my partys!
While not surf the web! My fondness websites are:

Fear Factor party are a lot of fun here is a website that have all the accepted wisdom on it www.fearfactorpartyideas.com or if it was a girls group and you were wanting divaish try a Hollywood Celebrity Party www.californiadreamparty.com have ideas and pictures for that one Good luck
It is profusely of fun to have a candy making do. You could make chocolate covered caramel apples, chocolate covered pretzels, or construct specially chosen molded chocolate shapes or lollipops that match your sisters interests - sports, hobby, horses, music, dance, shopping, etc. It is so easy and yummy. The teens can own fun making a mess and eating the results. You can be as simple or as complex as you like. Choose molds and colored melt to "paint" the details of your chocolate candy, or choose nuts, sprinkles, coconut, etc, to decorate your chocolate apples or pretzels. Check out these and more concept at http://chocolate-candy-mall.com/chocolat...
This is a fairly cheap instrument to have plentifully of fun, and indulge in a scrumptious party snack.
Happy Birthday!
