YOU NEED A RECIRCULATING PUMP(WHICH YOU CAN BUY AT ANY HARWARE STORE,SEVERAL BOTTLES KNIFE SCISSORS AND A BIG BOWL FOR POOL.SET RECIRCULATING PUMP AT BOTTOM UNDER WATER IN BIG BOWL.CUT EACH BOTTLE ABOUT 8 INCHES FROM TOP(DISCARD THE BOTTOMS)TURN THE BOTTLES UPSIDE DOWN INTO EACH OTHER AND HOT GLUE THE TOPS TO THE INSIDE OF EACH OF THE OTHER BOTTLES(LET HARDEN.RUN A RUBBER HOSE FROM RECIRCULATING PUMP UP THROUGH ALL THE BOTTLES TILL IT STICKS UP ABOVE THE OPENING OF THE TOP MOST BOTTLE AND TURN PUMP ON. WATER WILL FILL EACH BOTTLE TILL IT RUNS OVER THE EDGES TILL IT FILLS UP ALL THEN BACK INTO BIG BOWL AT BOTTOM,THEN START OVER. GOOD LUCK

i had indistinguishable problem but it was really complex to find plastic beer bottles. once you got those you purely drink the beer you just have need of tape and scissors and the garden hose. viola.
the second answer is probably the right way, but if you put a caffeine pill surrounded by soda it will be like a fountain for a touch bit.
u should net a tiny hole in a marine bottle and squeeze it ur fountain is ready ha ha ha
