what wine to pair with corned beef?

Answers:
I would try a riesling. it will provide a fresh weakness to the starchy corned beef.

Zinfandel

Ripple or Boone's Farm

Are you making this for St. Paddy's Day? Although I love corned beef and I love wine, I don't really see them paired together. Beer seem more appropriate. But if you're set on wine, I'd be in motion beside something for a time heavier and possibly a bit rustic -- similar to a really dry chianti.

Try a cheap Aussie Shiraz, and drink plentifully of it.

There is no "correct" game for the corned beef - it's supposed to be that beer is the best flavor profile clash, but if you own to hold a wine I would suggest a blended wine that is to say on the more "good point priced" side. Something similar to Cline's Red Truck or Lolonis' Ladybug Red because they are completely flavourful & you don't want to refuse a $40 cabernet on corned beef. You could also shift near some sort of cocktails instead of wine.
