I am throwing a surprise 30th B-day party beside Vegas theme. I own all the spectator sport tables reserved, but I am unsure how to move about about the money aspect. Do I own people wage a one time buy in? I am out of commission to pay close to the house. Would prizes be a better option? Any help out would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

it would be easiest to go beside prizes....highest $ amount get first pick at prize table etc till prizes are gone.
