How about if you choose your favorite menu item, and pet name it after that? Since the French language is so lovely, almost anything they say would come out cool.
If you set aside crepe suzettes for dessert, and can make them resourcefully, call the place "Suzette's".
Coq au Vin would be nice, and you would probably put on the market lots of them if the people made the nouns.
for a humerous idea, how nearly "Clouseau's"...the character from the Pink Panther.
