Brightly colored sprinkles on white frosting, those little sugar decorations they sell at grocery stores, maybe a small fake flower you can remove past eating
you can cut those big marshmallows in small cylinders and dip the sticky quantity in sprinkle and put it on a cupcake that have frostin on it
I am a cupcake lover! Make extra large cupcakes and frost next to a creamy white frosting. Purchase candy items that include:

1. orange slices
2. spearment slices
3. gum drops
4. twizzler strawberry licorice
5. Jelly Beans
6. Neccos
7. Cake decorations contained by bottles (mixed types and flavors)

You can make flowers by adjectives gum drops into "petals" and placing on your cup cake. Use twizzler strings in strawberry to sort lattice work. Most of adjectives, use your imagination!
jelly beans and coconut
jelly candies shapped close to bunnies and ducks
Got an adorable one for you. Crush Oreo cookies (or a plain chocolate cookie if you insist lol). Frost and later dip in the crushed cookies.

You immediately have a "dirt" base cupcake. Now your imagination is your only contain. For the spring theme I would stick a "flower" contained by it so it looks like a flower is coming up. If you know how to generate flowers you can pipe them ontop, or add to skewer. If you want to create it super easy after you can just use a silk flower that you wash the stem and remove after serving. A pinwheel would be fun too.

There are tons of fun variations. You can use a blanket of chocolate pudding instead of frosting beneath the "dirt" layer. You can take colored gummy worms and spread them around. You can make this as a sheet cake and use this focus too. And if you really want to knock folks socks off roast them in terra cotta pots. It will be stunning that means of access.

Depending how much a fuss you want to make over this, if you enjoy a cake decorating store close by you (or want to shop online) there are adjectives sorts of decorations you could buy (such as butterflies, pre-made flowers, etc). You definately can make great ones in need this, but if you want something truly spectacular that's a thought. And these all are drastically easy...newly a little more $$ afterwards say a silk flower.

I ruminate this basic opinion is perfect for spring and will amuse folks of adjectives ages! Bet you will steal the show with these!

Check the produce passage of you local market for appetizing flowers. If the local store doesn't have it look for stores close to Fresh market, Wild Oats, Wegmans - that type of store. Then basically bake your cupcakes, use can white or vanilla frosting and top with a flower or two. Can't carry more spring like than that - or easier!
put white or blue icing as backround and make a sun ( highly easy), make a flower next to pink or and cute color made from icing ( medium), littles specs of green icing as grass and take jelly beans to stick on the cupcake to made a flower. Hope that help!
You can use white frosting and append different toppings, like coconut colored next to food dye, or jelly belly jellybeans, shavings of white and milk chocolate. Using a white base for your frosting and consequently topping with colorful treats let the color pop and hence shows the color of spring time.
Ladybugs, or any friendly fun bug that you construct you think of spring. For female bug, use black gum drop for body, pull apart licorice for antennas, red icing for the wing. Just cut the gum drop in partly, flat side on cupcake, attach antennas, the use red icing to cover topside of gum drop
You burn the cupcakes in rime cream cones! The following is a spring 'bouquet'.

i really like GP's cupcake opinion. for me, i would always, other include chocolate cupcake with chocolate icing. its purely America!
A couple years ago I brought these cupcakes to my bureau food party:
They're really simple. Just heat boxed cupcakes like you typically would. Then buy the ready-made vanilla frosting and tint it with food coloring...preferably any pink or purple. Then buy a couple packs of Peeps and put one higher than each cupcake. Then a short time ago for presentation, get an oval-shaped platter, plague it with easter grass, and set them on nearby. They look like Easter eggs!! Really festive! Hope this help... :)
