Zest of two limes
1/4 cup fresh lime liquid
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
3 1/4 cup a/p flour
1 tsp. kosher brackish

1 tsp. cream of tarter
approx 1 cup superfine sugar
In sizeable bowl, tap sugar and butter until fluffy. Add zest, liquid, vanilla and eggs. Blend until smooth. Stir together flour, saline, soda, and cream of tarasphalt. Add to egg mixture and blend in good health. Chill at tiniest 1 hour.
