My primary problem is running out of things to do
Im having my close girlfriends and a few guys close to 3
There will be alcahol because i no my friends which i dont really mind i just dont want them to rotten there face in front of my mum, she doesnt mind them drinking any

Do a theme. Got a favorite movie? Have everybody come as a personality from the movie, Tarantino flicks are always pious choices. Play the soundtrack.
Or go totally kid orient, I mean resembling 6 year olds. Wait till your friends are drunk, blindfold them and make them play pin the tail on the donkey. Get a pinata, serve finger food, and a huge cake beside something ridiculous on it.
Buy dumb hats and flower leis, play group games that seize everyone involved, pictionary, scattigories, murder.
Murder:: One judge, one entertainer, one guesser. The Judge chooses who gets kill (the waitress, bellboy, hooker, whoever), where it happend (closet, kitcken...) and the weapon. (spatula, pierce, arrow...) and tells the "actor" ONLY.
The guesser comes out of seclusion and have to figure out everything by watching the entertainer. The actor CANNOT kind any sounds. Kinda like charades. When the guesser get it (the judge decide if he gets it or not), after the actor steps aside, the guesser become the actor, and a clean person comes out of seclusion. So on and so forth... Time respectively set of people, the associates who have the shortest time should win something.

it is illegal to serve alcohol to underage kids and your mother could walk to jail - which would be right - then you could be put into a foster home and be lower than the supervison of an adult who in fact cares more or less you.
