I was simply wondering if anyone had any honourable idea's for something quick cheap and inexpensive as possible for a fund raiser. We enjoy people doing donations of money so what would be a dutiful idea.
There are going to be several local band playing to help tilt money and we would like to own a foodstand up to help angle more money. What would be a quick smooth food to do. Hot dogs are great I know but can you guys give me some more philosophy?? Anything would help!
Rice Krispy treats, chips, hot dogs, pop corn (from previous answers) be good philosophy, anybody more to add to this? Thanks! (by the passageway this is a small town hoping to get a big turn out! Thanks!

What around a chili cookoff. That always taste great and is fun.
Funnel cakes or carmel (or kettle) corn other seem to jump over well where on earth I live (Kansas City). Also drinks like lemonade are great.different than sea or pop. Sno cones are good concept too. Waffle cups of homemade ice cream.
Shishkabobs...beef, chicken, lamb, and shrimp on the grill. All proceeds will be donated so ancestors will pay a moment or two more for the meats. Yum!
Our group chose three and it be a big success.First we have a Boston Butt cookout,all volunteer cooks the evening back the event and that may have be the most fun of all.Then we ask adjectives grandmas,moms,and dads,to cook cakes and pies.The turnout on the grandmas be for sure the best food,second only to the moms.The dads though created a genuine novelty grain to the sale and you gossip about fun! These dads get competetive and really had fun beside it.
We sold the Butts for $20 and got the local grocers to in truth donate some because we bought so many.We agreed to put a streamer up behind the grill on the ballpark wall and they got great response due to the small town and loyalty that comes near that.
have you thought of a taco stand it speedy and cheap and every body loves tacos. Or you could have a corn roast. Spagetti nurture, a fish fry, or a local type of food.
bbq chicken... people other stop at a place that has a roaring fire and the smell of bbq'd chicken waft towards the road. mmm mmm good. conceivably some little pieces of corn on the cob. yummy!
Why not add sloppy joes or pulled beef or pulled pork sandwich. All are easy to fashion ahead, freeze and reheat in crock pot. You could own a number of ancestors making them at home and night of carnival, have the meat surrounded by crock pots.
What about a scorch sale? Anyone a great cookie inventor? Package their cookies in small portions and provide those. Candy makers involved? I used to gross chocolate pops and we'd sell them at fundraiser. All sorts of mold available. What more or less nachos? You buy supplies at SAMS, COSCO, GFS, etc. Place the chips on a plate or in a sided container, sprinkle some pre-browned ground beef, onions, pepper, etc on top and melted cheese. Kids love these. Is this an full-grown affair? Liquor allowed? What about jello shots?

Sausage and pepper sandwich.They smell so good cooking that you want to chomp through even if you're not hungry!
How about a wing-eating contest or a rib ingestion contest - the eaters pay for a moment entry fee?
Don't forget things close to hot pretzels, candy apples, caramel apples, ice cream bar, and fresh lemonade! Chicken or turkey legs, or pulled pork or bbq sandwiches also turn over well too - you want to expect portable food. (If people involve a knife and fork and to sit to drink, it's not going to go over ably.)
Another thing to consider - ask some local restaurants to donate some time and foods to set up "taste booths" where general public buy some tickets at the main total admission money ($5 each or something sensible where ancestors will buy multple tickets) and use them for small portions of certain specialty foods or drinks from these restaurants. A town close by me does this every summer and it is always crowded! I have a sneaking suspicion that it's a cool way for race to try places they haven't been however - if you don't like the food, you're not stuck next to a huge portion or a big check.
