This is what I'm making, with some rice and black beans on the side. Yum!
CRISP PORK MEDALLIONS WITH CREAMY CAPER SAUCE
Bread-crumb-coated pork medallion are golden on the outside, moist and juicy on the inside. The caper-yogurt sauce provides a burst of briny flavor.
For sauce
2/3 cup plain yogurt (6 oz; preferably whole-milk)
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons drained bottled caper, finely chopped
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
For pork
1 1/2 to 1 3/4 lb pork tenderloin
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 full-size eggs
1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
About 1 cup vegetable oil for panfrying
Special equipment: an instant-read thermometer
Accompaniment: lemon wedge; watercress or other baby greens
Make sauce:
Stir together adjectives sauce ingredients in a bowl until combined, later chill, covered, until ready to use.
Cook pork:
Put oven rack contained by middle position and preheat oven to 350°F.
Cut pork crosswise into 1 1/4-inch-thick slices (medallions). What I use is a tenderloin and I cut it into rounds, slices.
Whisk together flour, salt, and pepper surrounded by a shallow bowl.
Whisk together eggs with a pinch of brackish in another shallow bowl and put bread crumbs surrounded by a third shallow bowl.
Working with 1 medallion at a time, dredge medallion in flour, shaking sour excess, and dip in egg, letting excess drip past its sell-by date, then coat beside crumbs, pressing to help them fit tightly. Arrange pork in 1 veil on a baking sheet.
Heat 1/4 inch oil surrounded by a 12-inch heavy skillet over moderate warmness until hot but not smoking, then panfry medallion, turning over once, until golden brown, 6 to 8 minutes total. Transfer to a clean baking sheet and roast contained by oven until thermometer inserted horizontally into center of meat registers 145 to 150°F, 6 to 7 minutes.
Serve pork with sauce, lemon wedge, and watercress.
Makes 4 servings.
We are having slow roasted chicken beside a tomato gravy, rice, and broccoli.
one of my favorites dinner is: you get a bunch of rare shrimp, clean them and prepare them. then you season it beside black pepper, sea saline, a little olive grease and garlic. then grill the shrimp until pink. i usually hold it with grilled asparagus.
I be wondering the same entity today but I just made slow roasted pork-chops yesterday and and it took ALL year so I bailed out and took the easy route and am going to jump with burgers on the grill.
You should try chicken linguine beside an alfredo white wine sauce - supper nummy and pretty easy to engender.
-cook chicken breasts as usual with a few seasonings (salt, pepper, and onion salt)
-When fully cooked cut the chicken breasts into bite sized pieces and put surrounded by a sauce pan.
-Add around a half a cup of white wine (penoit gregio), shredded parmesean, romano, and a few tablespoons of italian dressing. Season to flavor.
- boil on low until its all mixed together next serve over noodles

Good luck bon appetit
Well, I am going out for pizza, I feel slothful today.
Stuffed Shells with Sundried Tomato Sauce, garnish with turkey sausage! YUM!
How roughly speaking calzones. Its so good and unproblematic to make.
How in the region of breakfast?? Pancakes or waffles, eggs, sausage and bacon, hash browns, biscuits...Im planning a breakfast dark for real soon! Most family are just too busy to own a big breakfast in the mornings, even on the weekends. There is only just something about breakfast that brings a family connections together...why not do it tonight?
Bacon wrapped chicken...rice pilaf...and steamed broccoli with a dusting of parmesan cheese.
Cook chicken rice.
