I am a reasonable cook but not confident to cook for guests. What could i cook to get my confidence up?

Here is a hasty, EASY collation that will please and impress. The salmon dish is SO simple, and associates will rave almost it -- i.e. sure to build your confidence! Same for the broccoli. Broiled Lemon & Pepper Salmon

Spaghetti bolognese,nobody can turn wrong near that.If you buy a jar to shove on the mince and onions,basically donate some mushrooms.flowing peasy,plus it give instructions on the jar.as you find more confident you can give or do doesn`t matter what take your fancy next to it.
If your a believable cook later why touch that track...? Guests are usually ALWAYS pleased beside someone's donations within preparing a collation..albeit a barbeque, some lunch sandwich, etc..
