Well you can rent out a space, resembling a fire hall, Bowling Alley, Skating Rink, Ice Rink, Arcade Places, they adjectives usually have a room you can rent out, or a couple table. You can also do the beach which would be greatly easy considering its predominantly free and alot of space..And you dont have to beautify! Maybe have a afternoon body at the beach and possibly ask around to DJs and see if any of them can DJ on the shoreline?(they would be responsible for set up) Then make up sand theamed party stacks, a table for presents and a few coolers with Soda & Waters. As for snacks you would own to make or buy snack sandwich and wrap them in saran wrap and a couple big bowls beside chips. Possibly even get some helium ballons and tie the weights on them and put beside the table in the sand. At the expiration of the party permit them go and examine fly over the beach!(also an belief for party favors would be kites, you can move about to your local dollar tree and get them for close to a dollar!)

Are adjectives the kids extremely responsible? Will there be fully developed supervision? Its hard to hang on to an eye on so many ancestors at the beach. Maybe a park next to the basketball courts, sand volleyball, bbq pit.
The beach is great but build sure you know the beach regulations. Most beach do not allow a big bonfire as on TV and they do have coast patrols for drinking. Also they may enjoy a closing time and then the shoreline patrol is really out there.
Ware what ever you want, only have furn.
Do it somewhere public, similar to a park or at the beach and own all of your household help you repay for it.
