fresh mangoes are the best.
peppermint sticks- bob's are moral because they are really soft (also, they're their own handle)
home-made FLAVORED marshmallows
exotic fruit-passionfruit, star fruit, etc.

a good model might be to do a dipping station- bowls of coconut, nuts, broken up candies, cinnamon, etc- so that when people enjoy put chocolate on their candy/fruit, they can add a topping, as economically. that could eliminate have to find a million things to dip, by using creative things to dip them IN!

even as simple as sprinkles in your wedding ceremony colors, colored sugar, etc.

oh, fun! i'm jealous presently!
Grapes! The purple ones are probably best. Seedless, too. I've had it back, they taste spiffy!
Marshmallows, biscotti, Oreos or Chips Ahoy, slices of banana, pretzel rods, raspberries, cubes of poundcake or angelfood cake.

I would not use oranges, kiwis, or pineapple - they're so luscious, the chocolate won't stick.
Bananas,strawberries,cubed pound cake,cubed sponge cake,and pretzels.Hope this helps.
