Im a girl turning thirteen this july, and i want a really cool birthday party. I live close to the seaside, but my mom doesnt want me to have a shoreline party because she doesnt want to be responsible for watching the kids when they swim. I be thinking of doing a hotel sleepover party next to a few of my closest friends, but I live in a tourists' town, so adjectives of the hotels are really expensive. I cant spend much at all on my birthday f¨ēte, preferably under $200 total. I step to a small school, near only 15 kids contained by my class so its nearly impossible to have a shindig or something like that...

If the hotels are too expensive, and your mom doesn't want to be responsible for kids swimming, just own a party on the coast! Prohibit the kids from going into the water and own it a bit before sunset. You can invite your full class and others too. For decorations, hang bright colored weekly lanterns for a cool effect. Streamers are cool and if you look online, you can cause different decor yourself! Invite a couple close friends and have a small get-together to trade name all sorts of enhancement. It'll be fun and creative! Entertainment? The kids can entertain themselves near music, dancing, drinking, and activities. Sand volleyball, relay race, and water balloon fight are awesome for beach games. Worried nearly what kind of foods to provide? Don't drive yourself crazy! Finger foods are great surrounded by this case. You and your parents can label these (ex. finger sandwiches or chips and dip). Since you wont be have heavy foods, perchance your mom or dad might want to make cocktail drinks close to virgin Pina Coladas or Strawberry Daiquiris. You could progress to a restaurant, the mall, or the movies. I don't know if your town does something for the 4th of July, but you could be in motion to whatever celebration they are have. You could still do the hotel idea. Just enlighten the people who want to stay at it that they enjoy to pay for a certian amount. For those who don't want to pay packet, tell them that they can chill for a certian amount of time, and afterwards when it's time to go to the hotel that they enjoy to leave. get some friends over to your house and view some scary movies at dark, and have a sleepover. its somthing simple but at impossible to tell apart time its also really fun.

have some pillow fight, do eachothers nails and fashion up
see who can dress the wierdest. have similar to crazy contests like that.
and im sure you guys can hold a great time without a hotel or the coast.

i would turn for a themed party @ your house. Since u can't walk 2 the beach, cart the beach 2 u. plan a hawaiian deputation and have everyone come surrounded by bathing suits and grass skirts. have coconut cups and a tiki public house. or u could do another theme that u relish. ie 70's night, tie dye, etc. (i've done those and they go off w/o a hitch!)

How about a scavenger hunt? Or an overnight camp trip instead of the hotel? Go away from the water, in recent times to be different. Do you enjoy mountains nearby where on earth you could book a campsite? Book early, the flawless ones get taken prompt!
Have a big cook out invite some of your friends have games, food, and music to product it fun keep the the cook out alive fashion sure to video tape the in one piece cook out so you can sit down and watch it when everything is over beside all your friends. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

A good website to look in for hotel is www.hotwire.com. You wouldn't exactly know the hotel name until you book and compensate. You go by the number of star ratings and also the location. Also you can look at the supplier of hotels they solely deal near.
We recently of late stayed at the buena vista plaze hotel in orlando florida second week. The price ranges from $119-238 per night. We received a dutiful rate on hotwire for $59 dollars per night. We didn't know the autograph until we payed but we picked a 4 star hotel. Then the room was extremely nice w/a private porch, 32inch plasma tv, wireless internet, etc...
why don't you go to the local rime cream parlor, reserve an area a short time ago for you and your friends and have a product your own sundae thing. ask the admin if you can bring a couple of cds which you can custom make to the music of your choice. am sure they will allow you to put up balloon, etc to make it festive.
you can own a large jar of jelly beans within the center of the table and everyone has to guess how copious are inside. winner keep the jar. have a competition of who can hike around the table with a unprepared bean on a tablespoon without making it spill out. (sounds easy but its not). brand name a theme f¨ēte, have everyone dress up within that theme and after select a winner for best dressed (retro, goth, hippie.. w/e)
OR: rent a boat for 2 hours and filch a boat ride and serve dessert on boat. can do theme entertainment on boat as well.
